We have used Tyler Hinkley's legal services for several years now, both with our business needs and our personal needs. We love him. He is so down to earth and honest and he is so very approachable. We have had lawyers who charged twice as much for their time and were so uppity and put on airs in their fancy offices in tall buildings. They don't hold a candle to Tyler. Kevin Montoya took over my wife's case when our first attorney suffered a medical emergency. He picked up the case very late in the process--she was supposed to testify in a deposition the next day--and hit the ground running. He handled all negotiations fairly (to all involved, which was important to us) and went the extra mile after the arbitration to more than double our portion of the settlement by taking the initiative to approach the VA for a reduction in its reimbursement for medical bills, which was a very pleasant surprise for us.
